Hotel Reservations: Tell them you are with the ADFM group. The deadline for reservations within the block of rooms is January 27, 2012. After that rooms will be available on a space-available basis. Please note: if conference attendance exceeds expectations, rooms in the conference block may be sold out prior to the cut-off date of January 27, 2012.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
If flying into Palm Springs International Airport, you can take the At Your Service Shuttle. Reservations are required at least 3 days in advance. Call 760-343-0666. The rate is $31/one way. Go to the shuttle service outside of baggage claim. A taxi will run approximately $35 one way.
If flying into Ontario International Airport, you can take the At Your Service Shuttle. Reservations are required at least 3 days in advance. Call 760-343-0666. The rate is $79/one way. NOTE: This airport is approximately 90 minutes from the hotel and the shuttle only picks up 3 times a day – 11am-Noon; 3-4 pm; 8-9 pm.
